Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit/debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. For your convenience we have added a currency converter to the checkout which allows you to convert the UK Sterling price into your own currency.
All credit/debit card transactions are handled by WorldPay, a leading provider of electronic payment processing solutions. Your credit/ debit card and related personal details are collected by WorldPay in order to process your order. WorldPay terms and conditions, and privacy and security policies can be found at the WorldPay website.
Aternatively, we would be happy to take your order by PayPal or over the phone on +44 (0)1475 648448. If you are calling outwith the UK, please be aware of any time differences! Our shop is open between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (GMT).
Please note that orders will not be accepted and processed until payment in full is validated.
There will be a 50% charge for any cancelled orders.
We take our customer service very seriously and any complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days when we will also advise on a likely timescale for resolving the dispute. We will handle all complaints fairly, in confidence, and will keep you informed on the progress.
